With my time being limited, I asked the Service Team if they could get me in to fix the issue (so I would have to figure out how to put it on) and they made room for me. Friendly and awesome service. Helped me troubleshoot some other things on the SUV, too.
We were vacationing in Bear Lake when my truck suddenly developed a check engine light and went into reduced performance mode. We made it over the mountain to Logan, expecting only to get a diagnostic evaluation. Unfortunately, we learned there was an issue with the transmission.

I have no complaints about my experience at Murdock. I got a very good deal on a newer car than I thought I could afford. The contract signing was streamlined. They were very good to work with me and my budget. I didn’t get the car I saw on KSL classifieds. I got a much newer nicer car for not much more.

What a great experience! I was looking for a specific AT4x and running into trouble. Chris Naser and his team made it happen! They arranged to get the truck to Logan, worked out a great deal and took my lease return. I was in and out in 90 minutes! Just bought a 2023 Tesla model Y from these guys a couple weeks ago. I saw the ad on Carfax and inquired about it, and Carol got back to me immediately. Deven did a great job. Very knowledgable and friendly. Not at all pushy but encouraging enough to make it easy to get the deal done. The finance office buy was so rehearsed on his script that he went thru it so fast that we had no idea what he was saying. Very confusing process once we got in his office. If I do it again I would ask for a different finance guy. Overall a good professional experience.

My biggest hold up giving 5 stars is when we left with the new car we realized they didn’t even fill the gas tank to full. They did 3/4 tank which I think seems like you’re trying to skimp when we just made a huge purchase from you.

Deruchette is the ultimate salesperson. If I was reviewing her alone, it would be 5 stars across the board! Overall, I had a positive experience at this dealership. The haggling and upselling was annoying, however. I did not low-ball them, but they certainly low-balled my trade-ins. They almost lost my business out of principle... but I really wanted the truck I bought.
Greg was our salesman and he was amazing! Everything went smoothly with our purchase and he made sure we received everything we asked for and more without question! Josh B was our Service Adviser and he was excellent. He got everything done that was needed and kept communicating with us which was fantastic as we live a ways away!
